1. Who we are
CruisesUnlocked is an Ireland-based online cruise deal discovery service for people who want clearer cruise offers, deal alerts, and optional paid memberships. Formal service notices and customer support requests should be sent to the contact below.
Contact: deals@cruisesunlocked.ie.
2. What we do — and what we do not do
We publish cruise deal information, email alerts, Cruise Club membership benefits, and Shortlist recommendations. We are not a travel agent, cruise line, tour operator, package organiser, broker, insurer, visa adviser, or seller of travel.
We do not take custody of cruise holiday payments, issue travel booking confirmations, tickets, ATOL or ABTA-style protection, insurance, visas, or personalised travel advice.
If you click through to a cruise line, travel agent, affiliate partner, or booking partner, your booking contract is with that supplier. Their own terms, cancellation rules, passenger requirements, payment rules, and complaint process apply to the travel booking.
3. Deal information and availability
Prices, taxes, fees, cabin grades, availability, flight options, itinerary details, onboard credit, and promotions can change quickly. We try to keep information useful and honest, but the final live booking page is the source of truth before you buy a holiday.
You are responsible for checking passports, visas, health rules, mobility needs, travel insurance, supplier conditions, and whether a cruise is suitable for everyone travelling.
4. Free email alerts and accounts
You can create an account or ask to receive marketing emails. You must provide accurate details and keep account access secure. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time. Transactional emails about account access, billing, security, or service changes may still be sent where needed.
5. Paid memberships
Paid memberships may include Cruise Club deal emails, member-only picks, Shortlist weekly shortlist recommendations, saved preferences, account features, or other benefits described on the membership page at checkout.
The price, billing interval, renewal date, and plan features are shown before payment. We may improve, rename, or adjust features over time, but we will not materially reduce a paid service without offering a fair remedy.
6. Payments, renewals, and cancellation
Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store full card numbers. Unless checkout says otherwise, subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled.
You can cancel future renewals through the account billing portal or by contacting deals@cruisesunlocked.ie. Cancellation stops the next renewal. Access normally continues until the end of the paid period unless a refund is issued.
Refunds and statutory cancellation rights are explained in our Cancellation & Refund Policy.
7. Consumer rights
Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under Irish or EU consumer law. If a digital service is not provided with reasonable care and skill, is not as described, or does not work as it should, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, price reduction, refund, or other remedy depending on the circumstances.
8. Fair use
Please do not scrape, resell, copy at scale, reverse engineer, overload, interfere with, or abuse the service. We may suspend or restrict access if use is harmful, fraudulent, unlawful, or unfair to other users.
9. Affiliate links and commercial relationships
Some outbound links may be affiliate or partner links. That means we may earn a commission if you click or book. We still aim to explain why a deal is worth considering and to avoid fake urgency, misleading discounts, or hidden paid placement.
10. Liability
To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for supplier price changes, missed availability, cruise line changes, booking partner errors, travel disruption, losses outside our reasonable control, or decisions you make after leaving our site. We remain responsible where Irish or EU law says responsibility cannot be excluded.
11. Privacy and cookies
Personal data is handled under our Privacy Policy. Cookies and tracking choices are explained in our Cookie Notice.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the service develops. If a change materially affects paid members, we will give reasonable notice by email or in-product notice where practical.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland. If you are a consumer in the EU, you may also have mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.
