1. Current position

CruisesUnlocked uses essential cookies for account access and checkout. Optional first-party measurement, Vercel Web Analytics, and Vercel Speed Insights remain off until you choose “Allow analytics”. We do not use marketing cookies, retargeting pixels, or advertising tags.

2. Essential cookies

Essential cookies and similar storage may be used to keep the site secure, remember account sessions, process checkout, prevent abuse, and make forms work. These are necessary for the service and do not require marketing consent.

Supabase authentication/session cookies where account login is used.
Stripe checkout/session technology when you start or complete payment.
Security, load balancing, and hosting technology from providers such as Vercel or Cloudflare.

3. Analytics and product measurement

After consent, the site may record first-party events such as page views, deal clicks, campaign tags, and timestamps. A random pseudonymous session identifier helps reconcile a journey without storing your email, raw IP address, or full user-agent string in the event record.

Vercel Web Analytics measures page use and Vercel Speed Insights measures site performance only after the same analytics choice is granted.

The analytics session cookie cu_measurement_session lasts up to 30 days. The campaign-attribution cookie cu_attribution lasts up to 30 days. The consent choice cu_analytics_consent lasts up to 180 days.

4. Marketing cookies

Marketing cookies, retargeting pixels, advertising tags, and similar tracking stay disabled unless the visitor has actively consented. Rejecting optional cookies does not block access to the site.

5. Managing cookies

You can reopen “Privacy choices” from the bottom of every page. Continuing without analytics does not block public deals, accounts, checkout, or member services.

Withdrawing consent deletes the optional session and attribution cookies. “Delete my analytics history” also removes first-party event rows linked to the current pseudonymous session.
